We continuously improve our platform and give our best to fix the reported bugs as soon as possible. For identifying the root of a problem and providing a fast solution, it is very important for us to receive a detailed problem description. Please always describe how the problem can be reproduced and attach system or application logs.
Starting with version 0.5.7, emteria.OS includes a possibility to upload the current system log directly to our support service via Settings > Emteria > Submit bugreport. The report will be automatically generated and uploaded in the background. Note: Please use this feature immediately after you have discovered a crash or a broken application. Waiting or rebooting the device may overwrite the existing logs.
